We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team! This Full Time Hire position will report to and regularly collaborate with the Operations Manager. _ For more information regarding Carrington Homes, or our mission, ** check us out here ** ** _! ** Key Job Duties: Review plans and specifications before Pre-Construction meetings. Attend Pre-Construction meetings Attend lumber meetings with lumber supplier. Manage documents and file sharing in Co-construct and Google Drive. Assist in designing an initial project schedule in Co-Construct. Review and customize schedule from start to finish during the project. Enter job logs everyday Review exterior door and window orders for accuracy. Lead on-site meetings with clients for electrical walk through and interior trim walk through. Lead on-site meetings with designers, architects and vendors/sub-contractors. Analyze bills once per week and verify product arrived undamaged, correct quantity and correct product. Leader of the entire project from beginning to end. ** _ _The ideal candidate will have the following:__** Associates or Bachelors in a related field 5-10 years of experience in residential construction Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suites Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel to project sites Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and team player Strong problem solving skills.
