Senior Analyst, Product Experimentation We are seeking a Senior Analyst of experimentation to help support our A/B/N testing efforts across multiple product teams (Viewing, Commerce, Personalization, and Editorial) at Peacock. The role will sit within the Decision Sciences team and will involve data analysis, hypothesis generation, test design, execution, and reporting of results to stakeholders. The candidate will have technical and statistical skills in modeling, experimental design, and programmatic analysis on streaming device data. They will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to translate business requirements into statistically sound experiment designs and actionable insights. Responsibilities Drive A/B/N experiments to impact user acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and CLV. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into robust experiment designs. Design, execute, and analyze A/B/N tests, ensuring analytical power and significance. Perform segmentation analysis and statistical modeling on user attributes, content personalization, and marketing attribution. Develop reporting dashboards and visualizations to streamline the experimentation process and present results to stakeholders. Qualifications BS in statistics, mathematics, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least two years of experience in an A/B and multivariate testing role, preferably in digital media or video streaming. Statistical skills in hypothesis testing, critical value calculation, defining p‑value, and using z‑test, t‑test, ANOVA, or chi‑square tests. Proficient in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python, R) and cloud‑based relational SQL database systems (e.g., BigQuery). Hands‑on experience setting up tests with A/B/N testing tools such as Optimizely, Apptimize, Adobe Target, or Split. Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), data management platforms (mParticle), and visualization tools (Tableau, Domo). Experience querying data warehouses (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery). Ability to translate statistical concepts and probability theories to a general audience. Basic understanding of complex machine learning frameworks is preferred but not required. Additional Requirements Hybrid: The position requires working from the office at least three days per week. Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000.
