Scrum Leader IV

Scrum Lead - Security & Compliance
Duration: 12+ months (possible extension) Location: Washington, DC / Pittsburgh, PA Onsite role (4 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Deep experience delivering Agile programs in federal government environments
- Capable of integrating security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST & FedRAMP) into sprint execution
- Managing cross team dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum under formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints
- Integrate security controls and regulatory requirements (FedRAMP/NIST)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Education/Experience:
- Must have 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Security engineer or Auditor background would be beneficial
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53/800-171, FedRAMP compliance standards
- Basic Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) highly preferred
