Technical Product Manager

We anticipate the needs of our customers and business partners and deliver reliable, customer-centric technology services.What You'll Be Doing:Partner with key business stakeholders, business product managers, and cross-functional engineering leaders and teams in delivering customer needs through the technology platforms.Maintain the backlog, roadmap, manage iterative software delivery and run agile ceremonies.Streamline and optimize technology platform build process for velocity and efficiency.Collaborate with business product & program leaders, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand their needs and strategic objectives.Partner closely with the engineering teams to build technology platforms at scale.Translate business requirements into actionable capabilities, and features on which engineering teams will execute.Run agile ceremonies efficiently; provide visibility to leadership about progress & milestones.What You Bring To The Table:Prior experience in managing software products from inception through launch.Experience in translating business requirements to capabilities and features, stakeholder relationship, managing roadmaps, and reporting.Hands-on experience in establishing and measuring OKRs, KPIs, metrics, gathering analytics, building reporting dashboards.Extensive experience in working with software engineering teams contributed to building greenfield software products.Demonstrated ability to partner with high-performing teams.Track record of delivering software products at scale.Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and collaboration skills.Skills:What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.7+ years of software engineering product and/or program management experience.
