Accounts Receivable Specialist

Collections Support Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX (20880 Stone Oak Parkway, 78258). Position Type: Regular Time, Full time, Pay Type: Hourly. Overview We are looking for a skilled Collections Support Analyst to collect accurate customer information, manage accounts, and improve the collections process within iHeartMedia. Responsibilities Collect customer information for the credit application and approval process. Conduct periodic account reviews and follow up on key accounts. Maintain all collections notes and supporting documentation. Consult and advise management regarding the status of outstanding accounts. Monitor outstanding collection activity, identify problem areas, and implement procedure improvements. Assist in the development and administration of credit and collections strategies. Identify uncollectible accounts, inform management of risks, and assist in bad‑debt write‑offs. Generate reports and analyses for past‑due account management. Maintain vendor relationships to ensure consistent credit and collection activities. Assist in management of bankruptcy, post‑petition issues, and processing related documents. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with collections tools and strategies. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload under tight deadlines. Strong customer‑oriented attitude focused on solutions. Ability to establish rapport and credibility quickly. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
