BetterUp is seeking a Staff Product Designer, Design Systems to own, evolve, and scale our design system across web and mobile platforms. You’ll define AI-powered workflows and establish a comprehensive component library with clear documentation, while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Brand to ensure feasibility and brand integrity. You’ll mentor designers, drive governance for responsible AI usage, and stay ahead of AI tooling shifts to improve handoff speed and cross-platform #J-18808-Ljbffr BetterUp
