Medical Science Liaison (Southeast)

Aerogen

The Account Manager is responsible for sales and support of Aerogen products inassigned region. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. The Central territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; and Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas. . The person in this role is responsible for sales and support of Aerogen products inassigned region. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. The Pacific territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; and Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Aerogen’s North America Finance function by ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. This position will maintain strong customer relationships, manage AR processes in accordance with company policies, and contribute to an efficient cash collection cycle. The AR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. The person in this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide clinical support to our customers and commercial organisation to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, incumbent must have the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs to support our customer’s needs. Associate Clinical Educator, Southeast France Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: France As an Associate Clinical Educator, you will deliver clinical education that enables healthcare professionals to use Aerogen technologies safely and effectively across the Aerogen product portfolio. Working within your assigned region, you will collaborate with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to deliver clinical education that enables the implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments. Through education and clinical engagement, you will help clinicians build confidence in using Aerogen technology within everyday clinical practice.This role offers clinicians the opportunity to transition into the medical technology industry while continuing to apply their clinical expertise. The Associate Clinical Educator builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to independently deliver clinical education and enable the adoption of Aerogen therapies in clinical practice. This role is responsible for leading Aerogen’s Clinical Affairs Team to deliver clinical data development & leverage strategies, and their implementation, for existing and new products, supporting Aerogen’s marketing, medical affairs and regulatory teams ensuring effective safety, compliance and pharmacovigilance along with optimizing labelling, medical information support and evidence based claims. Clinical and Sales Specialist, Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina The Clinical and Commercial Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina, with a primary focus on Buenos Aires region. This position integrates sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning tostrengthen relationships with current customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver clinical training. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, while also managing and supporting partnerships with distributors. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for supporting revenue growth in theassigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide superior support to our customers and commercial organization to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills,incumbent must the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, anddetermination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs tosupport our customer’s needs. The Country Sales Manager, Mexico is responsible for driving Aerogen's commercial and clinical performance in Mexico. This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence for Aerogen. The Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, while also managing and supporting distributor relationships. The Country Sales Manager for Brazil is responsible for driving Aerogen's commercial and clinical performance in the Brazilian territory. This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence for Aerogen. The Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, while also managing and supporting distributor relationships. The EHS Graduate will play a key supporting role within the Environmental, Health & Safety function, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the organisation. This position will provide direct support to the wider EHS Team, with exposure to multi‑site operations including Dangan, Parkmore and Shannon.The successful candidate will assist in driving EHS compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate EHS standards.Responsibilities will include coordinating EHS administration, supporting risk management activities, facilitating training, and contributing to both site‑level and global EHS initiatives.This role offers a strong development pathway, providing the graduate with hands‑on practical experience across manufacturing environments and global EHS frameworks. The purpose of the role includes: Ensure customer‑relevant, high‑impact delivery of Aerogen’s commercial, clinical, and sales messaging across global sales teams and partners. Graduate Planner - Systems and Analytics Focus Department: Operations Location: Ireland - Galway/Shannon The Graduate Planner is responsible for supporting production planning and procurement activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock availability. The Graduate Planner will support the planning function with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, ERP/MRP systems, and digital tools. This role is ideal for a graduate with an interest in IT systems, data analysis, and process automation within a supply chain or manufacturing environment. The inside sales representative is responsible for the inside sales and support of Aerogen products within assigned region. Maintenance Technician - Shift (9 Month FTC) Location: Ireland - Parkmore The Maintenance Technician is responsible for developing and implementing efficient production processes that deliver consistent quality and maximise production volume. The successful candidate will have a strong data driven mindset, capable of analysing and troubleshooting existing processes to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize production and meet business goals. Department: Manufacturing - Manufacturing Strategy Location: Ireland - Shannon The Systems Engineer will lead multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering manufacturing engineering, engineering systems, & digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP and other systems in manufacturing. Close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain, will be vital to deliver projects successfully. They will work in strong partnership with sales leadership, global marketing, Clinical Education Manager, medical affairs, global cross‑functional partners and third party vendors. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on theirassigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices.This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national andinternational travel and reports directly to the Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager. Direct territory responsibility is the Mid‑Atlantic region. The Procurement Manager – Drug and Device/Drug Combination Products is a strategically focused role within Procurement & Supply Chain, responsible for developing and executing sourcing and supplier strategies for pharmaceutical products, including device–drug combination categories. The role partners closely with Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and internal/external consultants to translate regulatory and product requirements into resilient, compliant, and cost‑effective supply chain solutions, while progressively taking on hands‑on operational execution. Regional Marketing Specialist MEA & Turkey Department: Commercial‑EMEA Location: KSA The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating Aerogen brand awareness strategy and generating leads that lead to broad adoption and utilisation of Aerogen technology within region. They will work in strong partnership with sales leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, global cross‑functional partners, and third‑party vendors. Regional People Operations Lead (EMEA & APAC) Department: People & Organisational Development Location: Ireland - Galway As Regional People Operations Lead (EMEA & APAC) you will play a key role in delivering Aerogen’s People strategy by building scalable People Operations practices across multiple regions. You will work within the People Operations team and partner closely with People Business Partners, and Business Leaders to build the Aerogen of the future, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, and continuing to improve our positive employee experience. You will bring strong experience operating across EMEA (required) and ideally APAC, leveraging people data, and optimising people operations. Success in this role will involve strengthening global People Operations foundations, embedding robust systems and data practices, and enabling Aerogen to scale effectively across regions. Location: USA The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. The RSM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. The person in this role is responsible for testing new concepts in pulmonary drugdelivery, with a focus on aerosol generating technologies. The role will also support the execution of projects by delivering high‑quality experimental testing, data analysis, and scientific reporting in line with regulatory and stakeholder requirements. The Sr. Business Strategy Manager role is a strategic commercial role responsible for Aerogen's American growth strategy identification, revenue accelerations plans, and leadership within the North American Leadership Team. The role will work in close partnership with both local and global teams to enable the rapid development of strategies, intelligence, programs, and business objectives that propel our business forward now and into the future. Strategic and results‑driven, the Senior Buyer leads high‑stakes supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal value, terms, and long‑term partnerships. Leads the relationship with their suppliers, manages supply orders, and monitors inventory levels. The Senior Buyer participates in project teams to coordinate related supplier activities. A key role in the Procurement department, the Senior Buyer has excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/ long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems. A skilled communicator and negotiator with a proven track record of delivering cost savings, contract advantages, and supplier management. The Senior Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for development and maintaining of quality business strategy and quality management system compliant with FDA drugs, biologics and combination products, with awareness of ISO 13485. This person will establish cross‑functional roles and responsibilities and have accountability for execution of all strategic imperatives. The role will lead an internal QA organization of 3 - 4 individuals and strategic consultants. Sr Director of Quality will direct the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and activities. Will provide the signatory authorization from Quality for control documentation and final product disposition. Will be responsible for the investigations and resolution of product quality and compliance issues seen at approved service providers. Will have oversight of clinical quality assurance (GCP). This position is a hybrid role, located in Morrisville, NC office and is a key member of the leadership team that contributes and supports the company’s research and development programs. This position will report to the Aerogen Pharma CEO. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Japan, you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland - Galway Aerogen is Ireland’s largest indigenous Medical Technology company, growing at a rate of 30% per year. It is a market leader in aerosol drug delivery systems and has received numerous Irish MedTech and Respiratory Care Excellence (ARRC) awards since its founding. A regulatory strategy involves bringing new products to market and encompasses the product life cycle, which supports the growth and sustainability of the organisation's commercial footprint. The importance of defining and executing an appropriate regulatory strategy cannot be underestimated in terms of its value to the organisation. The Senior RA Specialist II will work as part of Aerogen's Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team and will be involved in establishing and executing regulatory strategies for the organisation. The person in this role will be responsible for key aspects of pharmaceutical development of AeroFact. A key role will be the regulatory authoring and creating a robust BLA submission.The role will focus on late stage product development of Aerofact and the biologic / device combination product, inclusive of the data and studies associated with the development or optimization of analytical methods, product characterization of a lipid‑peptide formulation, aerosol characterization of the combination product, and management of drug substance/drug product stability studies supporting clinical and BLA registration.
