Job Description

We are seeking an Onsite Administrator (Print) - OSA Level II to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in printer fleet support, incident management, and customer service, and a proven ability to maintain device uptime, resolve issues promptly, and support process compliance in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned platforms using established protocols.
• Identify incident trends, escalate within defined timeframes, and follow incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Conduct routine installations and configurations, assemble and integrate devices per standard procedures.
• Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute approved scripted change activities while maintaining compliance to process controls.
• Maintain daily production goals and exceed contract response times.
• Align individual work with team strategy and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure data confidentiality and support business process execution with sound judgment.
• Complete process-oriented assignments, share technical knowledge, and support operational plans.
• Manage consumable inventory, replace toner and paper, and ensure adequate stock at customer sites.
• Clear paper jams, perform initial troubleshooting, and assist end users with device functionality.
• Coordinate with HP software-branded support and swap devices with spares as needed.
• Collect and report device usage pages as needed and report customer dissatisfaction to CSM/SDM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a full range of HP print products and related software.
• Proficiency in incident, change, and problem management processes, preferably aligned to ITIL.
• Ability to diagnose issues across O/S, basic networking, and device connectivity in heterogeneous environments.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and escalate proactively to prevent outages or data loss.
• Mentoring or coaching capability to support new hires and field representatives.
• Experience level: 2-5 years in maintenance, quality, field support, or related roles.
