Job Title: Office Administrator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Gastonia, NC

Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Gastonia, NC. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations through administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate has previous office administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic company records
• Scan, upload, and manage electronic documents
• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation
• Create, update, and maintain reports and spreadsheets
• Perform accurate data entry and recordkeeping
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions
• Assist managers with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects
• Maintain confidential employee, customer, and company information
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous office administration experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or office management software
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial office environment
• Associate degree or administrative certification is a plus
• Experience with shipping documentation and inventory reporting
