Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with treatment planning, restorative nursing programs, and documentation for Medicare/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload in an outpatient or SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
