Job Title: Truck Loader

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Salisbury, NC

Pay: $13.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for packaging flooring products, inspecting materials for quality, loading products onto conveyors, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with a team, and is committed to producing quality work while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Pull inner and outer bags over flooring products for packaging

· Inspect materials and finished products for defects or damage

· Place properly bagged rolls onto the conveyor system

· Load and move materials safely throughout the warehouse

· Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

· Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

· Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

· Basic reading, writing, and math skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous warehouse, packing, loading, or manufacturing experience

· Experience working in a production or distribution environment

· Familiarity with warehouse safety practices
