POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, an established automotive manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to support primarily B2B customers in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.

You'll assist customers with automotive products, orders, pricing, vehicle applications, customization, and shipping while learning an extensive product catalog covering vehicles from vintage models through current production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Handle high-volume inbound calls and make outbound customer calls as needed.
• Assist B2B customers with product selection, orders, pricing, and product information.
• Research vehicle makes, models, model years, parts, and product applications.
• Answer questions regarding customization, shipping, and order details.
• Accurately enter customer account and order information.
• Build relationships with recurring wholesale and distribution customers.
• Assist with custom and specialty product requests.
• Identify opportunities to market and sell products to customers.
• Provide professional service at the will-call counter.
• Support general office functions as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle makes and models required.
• 3+ years in automotive components, manufacturing, parts, wholesale, distribution, or a similar product-driven environment strongly preferred.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong professional phone presence and customer communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate a large technical product catalog.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, accuracy, dependability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a high-volume environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $60,000-$65,000 base salary.
