About the Role

This position will focus on data entry, system maintenance, documentation, and administrative coordination, helping ensure that operational information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with systems and spreadsheets, and able to manage repetitive tasks accurately while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain consultant, project, and resource information in SPP/NetSuite and other company systems.

• Perform data entry related to projects, resources, assignments, billing information, and operational records.

• Review information for completeness and accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent data.

• Assist with project and resource setup in SPP.

• Maintain accurate project and consultant documentation in SharePoint and other designated platforms.

• Support updates related to resource assignments, project changes, extensions, and status changes.

• Assist with time and project allocation data entry and follow-up.

• Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Account Management to obtain missing information.

• Follow up on outstanding items and maintain accurate status tracking.

• Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support to the Operations team.

• Assist with data cleanup, system updates, and process improvement initiatives.

• Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, operations, or a related role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business systems.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPP, NetSuite, ERP, CRM, or other business management systems.

• Experience working with project, staffing, consulting, or professional services organizations.

• Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheet.

• Experience with data reconciliation or operational reporting.
