Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Part‑Time Start: Positions begin part‑time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and availability. Additional Pay Incentives

• $2 per hour for weekend shifts.
• $5 per hour for company‑observed holidays.

Schedule Needs Monday‑Friday between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Now Hiring In Cities: Fresno, Clovis, Selma, and Sanger (must be open to travel). Mileage reimbursement for clients over 20 miles away. Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. Key Responsibilities 1:1 Client Support – work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities. Implement ABA treatment plans – follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision. Provide consistent therapy – commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week. Track progress – collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. Foster learning and growth – use structured activities and interactive approaches. Collaborate as a team – work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
