Associate Defense Attorney (3-5 years) - General Liability

Overview Our General Liability group is seeking an associate attorney (3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense, including in auto accident and premises liability, and/or commercial litigation) who is licensed and resides in California. Salaries for this position range from $130,000 to $183,000 range, depending upon experience level and agreed-upon minimum hours, with significant bonus opportunities. Compensation and classification are based on the extent of directly relevant legal experience. While candidates with over five years of practice may apply, those without substantial relevant experience in the listed practice areas may be classified at a lower attorney level, with compensation commensurate to that level. Conversely, candidates with exceptional relevant experience may be considered for a higher classification within our attorney structure.
