Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Travel) in Ukiah, CA, United States. Start date 10/19/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,645-$2,698 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12-hour daytime shifts). Assignment is in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct labor & delivery nursing care to obstetric patients and immediate postpartum patients following the nursing process
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal monitoring, and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy and analgesia as ordered, and assist with procedures
- Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, neonatal, and other care teams; coordinate care across shifts
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as assigned; maintain a safe and healing environment
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to promote ongoing health

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; facility-specific BLS adherence as applicable
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
- At least two years of recent RN experience in the field
- Level II NICU experience required for the day shift
- Education: BSN preferred
