Dental Sales Representative

South Florida | Outside Sales | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

A rapidly growing dental laboratory specializing in premium dental prosthetics, implant restorations, and advanced digital dentistry solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join its expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with general dentists, specialists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and DSOs throughout South Florida.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
• Present and promote dental laboratory services, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant restorations, and digital dentistry solutions.
• Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Represent the company at dental industry events, networking functions, and educational meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred.
• Experience selling dental laboratory services, dental implants, dental equipment, medical devices, or healthcare solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven success in business development and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
