Location: Florence, Kentucky Schedule: 2–4 visits per month (weekdays only) Compensation: $900 per visit Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a part-time dentist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic setting in Florence, KY, serving a senior population.

This is meaningful, mission-driven work with a predictable schedule — and none of the overhead or administrative burden of running your own practice. You'll function as an extension of an established clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused environment.

You'll practice within a community-based outpatient clinic model that includes:

• Full-time, on-site clinic staff
• Organized scheduling and smooth patient flow
• A coordinated, team-based care environment
• A value-based model focused on senior care

We handle the equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing — so you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality dental care.

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, preventive services, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common in aging populations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

This is not a high-volume, rotating-provider model. Our dentists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within each partner location.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky dental license
