Technical Writer

Supporting enterprise technology modernization and operational improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst and Technical Writer will independently gather and analyze requirements, develop clear documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities Independently support business analysis and technical writing activities for technology modernization initiatives Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement Develop and maintain clear documentation, including requirements documents, SOPs, and user guides tailored to various audiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or IT project support Demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements for technology initiatives Experience supporting cross-functional IT projects in Agile, hybrid, or traditional project environments Public Trust required; must be a U.S. Citizen
