Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30)

Contract length: 13 weeks; guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required
• Certifications: BLS
• Skills: Adult Outpatient Clinic, Labeling of specimens, Venipuncture, Scheduling appointments, Stocking Supplies, Telephone Triage, Rooming Patients
• Charting system: EPIC

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the outpatient clinic
• Prepare and label specimens for processing
• Perform venipuncture as required
• Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic calendars
• Maintain stock of supplies and ensure clinic organization
• Conduct telephone triage for patient inquiries
• Room patients efficiently and accurately
