What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting independence and dignity

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Accurately document care and services provided

• Encourage resident engagement and meaningful interactions

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Collaborate with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional resident care

Qualifications

We're looking for team members who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellent resident care.

Requirements:

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is preferred

• Memory Care experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and a positive, resident-first attitude

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available

Choose the schedule that works best for you.

PRN Requirements:

• Work a minimum of 3 shifts within a 30-day period

• Work 1 weekend shift

• Work 1 major holiday
