Job Description

As a Security Guard Two Year Experience Patrol in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required logs and incident documentation.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
