Exciting Sign-on Bonus Options: $12,000 Sign-on Bonus with a 1-year full-time commitment and relocation option. $20,000 Sign-on Bonus with a 2-year full-time commitment and relocation option. Conditions apply. Key Responsibilities: Assess the situation of each emergency call to determine the best course of action based on established Paramedic protocols. Provide advanced medical care using various medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids. Offer clear communication and reassurance to patients and their family members regarding their care. Lead the Paramedic team on scene and manage unit operations effectively. Drive the ambulance during 911 responses with safety and professionalism. Collaborate with fellow health and safety professionals in a respectful manner. Engage with community programs to uphold and enhance our organization’s reputation. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). State Paramedic License. State Driver's License. Current BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications. Driving record in compliance with company policy. Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
