Job Overview
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.
- Awareness of Linux licensing concepts (node-locked, floating).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure approved Linux versions per enterprise standards.
- Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN).
- Log, track, and update incidents using Jira.
