Operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial operations, they’ve built a platform that replaces manual, repetitive processes with AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. The company is growing quickly and winning larger enterprise customers, creating a need for people who can bridge the gap between ambitious AI technology and real-world customer adoption. The Role Most AI products look great in a demo. The real challenge begins once they’re deployed inside a live enterprise environment. Storm2’s client is looking for an AI Deployment Strategist who can take ownership of that challenge. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how their teams operate, configure solutions to fit real workflows, and ensure AI delivers measurable value long after go-live. This role sits in the middle of product, engineering, operations, and customer success. You’ll be expected to understand both the business problem and the technical solution, often translating between the two. Some days you’ll be leading executive stakeholder conversations. Other days you’ll be troubleshooting edge cases, testing prompts, refining workflows, or working with engineers to resolve implementation challenges. The strongest candidates will have experience helping customers adopt and operationalize AI products, particularly within high-growth AI startups where speed, ambiguity, and customer impact define success. Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments is highly valued, and compensation will reflect that expertise. What you’ll be working on: Lead end-to-end AI deployments, from discovery and workflow mapping through configuration, testing, go-live, and long-term adoption Run customer workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases across finance and operational workflows Configure and validate AI-powered solutions within complex enterprise environments Partner with customers to define success metrics and track measurable business outcomes post-implementation Build training programs, playbooks, and adoption strategies that drive long-term usage Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle, managing relationships from operators to executive sponsors Troubleshoot implementation challenges, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across internal teams Develop deep expertise in the company’s product and become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues Translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Gather customer feedback and bring field insights back to product and engineering teams Build scalable implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices that improve future deployments Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth through successful outcomes What you’ll bring: 2+ years of experience in consulting at Bain, BCG or McKinsey Experience leading enterprise software deployments or implementation projects Strong ability to solve ambiguous problems and execute without extensive direction Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organization Comfort working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and commercial teams Exposure to AI/ML products, LLM applications, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI platforms Experience working with AI workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or comparable technologies Strong organizational skills and a track record of driving projects to completion Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a straightforward and practical way Preferred Experience: Experience deploying, implementing, or scaling AI products within a venture-backed AI startup Direct experience helping enterprise customers operationalize AI solutions and drive adoption Background in fintech, financial services, accounts receivable, collections, treasury, or broader finance operations Experience working in fast-growth environments where processes are still being built Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $150,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience Meaningful equity package Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible paid time off Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Daily lunch, snacks, and office perks Compensation above the standard range will be considered for candidates with proven experience deploying AI solutions at high-growth AI startups and driving successful enterprise adoption Why This Opportunity?
