What your days look like: Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board. Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence. Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional. Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout.
