Construction Manager – Network Infrastructure

Our client, a global leader in cloud infrastructure and data center technologies, is seeking a Construction Manager – Network Infrastructure to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Integration team supporting construction, network deployment, and infrastructure delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent cross-functional communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $77.45 – $83.42/hr (12-Month Contract)

What's the Job?

• Manage the delivery of network and fiber infrastructure projects within a large-scale data center environment.
• Coordinate across general contractors, vendors, engineering teams, operations, security, and EHS to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, materials, testing activities, and readiness requirements.
• Review project documentation, fiber testing results, installation progress, and deployment activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive issue resolution, remove project blockers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in construction management, infrastructure deployment, or project delivery environments.
• Strong background in data center, fiber optic, networking, cabling, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams while managing schedules, milestones, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of construction processes, project controls, risk management, quality standards, and field coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
