About the Role

The Automated Logic Corporation Sales Internship Program. This internship is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company as a part-time intern (20 hr/week) for the Fall of 2026. Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills, while leveraging your technical acumen.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support all Branch departments

• Show case a final project/presentation assigned by Manager

Role Purpose:

• Learn more about HVAC Controls

• Early career development

Basic Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Must have a valid and current Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Able to lift 20lbs

• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
