The job requires a sound knowledge of common and uncommon techniques, concepts, methods, practices, use of forms, routines, etc. of a complex nature.**Licenses and Certifications:*** Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire* CPR/First Aid Certificate within 2 weeks of hire* Obtain and maintain a valid Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card**Preferred/Desired Qualifications*** Work requires moderate physical exertion. Forces exerted are equivalent to lifting between 10 and 25 pounds.* The need for physical stamina and endurance is of some significance.* Work could involve a moderately taxing and fatiguing degree of physical strain.* Experience serving as a lead or acting in a lead role.* Experience with interactions that require tact, diplomacy and persuasiveness.**Tell me more.....****SHAPE YOUNG LIVES. From before and after school programs to full-day summer camp experiences, you’ll help create engaging, enriching and safe environments where youth ages 5-14 can learn, grow and build lifelong memories. A strong commitment to safety, accountability and compliance is essential in this role. Apply today!**The hiring range for this position is $24.04 per hour. The schedule is a split shift, Monday through Friday, 5:45 – 10:15 am and 2:30 – 6 pm.
