• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1.5+ years CVICU experience (after orientation complete) 
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CABG, TAVR, STEMI, Carotids  
• Personality Fit: strong critical thinking skills  

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCRN preferred
