Bratnbier is seeking a full-time Grill & Kitchen Cook to join our team preparing high-quality grilled German sausages, sandwiches, and fries in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position requires someone who takes pride in cooking with precision, maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and delivers great customer experiences through consistent, timely food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Grill and prepare a variety of German sausages to recipe and quality standards.
• Assemble sandwiches and side items such as fries and accompaniments.
• Maintain kitchen station cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Monitor temperatures, food quality, and portion sizes.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience grilling or cooking in a restaurant or similar setting preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours & Compensation:
• Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x base hourly rate for hours over 40.
