Monitor Technician - Virtual Care Center (F/T Nights)

The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances. Works cooperatively as part of a team. What You'll Do: * Monitor cardiac rhythms and alert clinical staff to changes * Review patient data to identify patterns and variances * Work closely with nurses and care teams to ensure patient safety * Be a calm, focused presence during overnight hours What You'll Need: * Education: High school diploma or GED * Training: Completion of a monitor tech course or passing score (85%) on our competency exam * Certification: CRAT certification within 1 year of hire * Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and quick decision-making under pressure * Experience: Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you!
