DISTRICT SHIFT LEADER

We are looking for our next General Manager! The General Manager will lead the daily operations of an Einstein Bros. Bagels bakery, guide a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality food and service. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing inventory, overseeing cash and payroll, analyzing P&L, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires early morning shifts (as early as 3 am) and may involve travel to support other locations. Day in the life of a District Shift Leader The District Shift Leader performs management duties at a home location and supports other bakeries as needed. Leading by example, the candidate will coach staff, handle customer interactions, and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role paves the way for a future General Manager promotion.
