This role is ideal for a motivated nurse who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to providing quality care.Key responsibilities include:Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patientsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to meet unit and hospital goalsProviding care in alignment with clinical standards and departmental guidelinesWillingness to float to other comparable nursing units, as neededWhat We're Looking ForCurrent, unrestricted RN license in the State of South CarolinaCurrent BCLS certificationCompletion of nursing service orientation programAttendance at IV Therapy training or demonstration of IV competency within one yearAnnual participation in Skills Fair and completion of all required competenciesAbility to assume the Charge Nurse role when neededMaintains department-specific certifications and competenciesPrevious hospital experienceAdvanced certification in specialty areaMembership in a professional nursing organizationLocation: Mount Pleasant, SCFacility: East Cooper Medical CenterJob Opening ID 156896
