Senior Job Captain – Architecture Studio: Denver, For Sale Our highly acclaimed Denver For Sale studio prides itself on strong, longstanding relationships with their clients. Building on a solid foundation of detached single‑family design, they have translated their knowledge to the build‑to‑rent sector, establishing themselves as BTR experts in the Mountain West and beyond. From sprawling active adult communities to mixed‑typology and mixed‑use developments, the Denver studio combines a foundation in excellent design with a deep understanding of what builders and homeowners want. Your Impact The Senior Job Captain plays a critical role in leading the creation and coordination of the documents that bring the design story into built form. Balancing design sensibility and technical savvy, the role directs internal staff, coordinates with consultants, and knits the project inspiration into the project documents, creating outstanding places for people to live in. Your Role Design Knows every single sheet in the documentation; masters internal workflow, order, timeline and tasks to reach project milestones effectively and efficiently. Collaboration Acts as the collector for project criteria and design story by collaborating with junior and senior team members. Care Works to become a trusted team resource for the coordination of the technical execution of the design. Partnership Develops expertise in connecting with clients and consultants for the benefit of the project.
