Compensation

• $26.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience

• Additional commissions on homeowner sales you generate

What You'll Do

• Perform residential, commercial, HOA, and real estate termite inspections.

• Conduct inspections in accordance with California Structural Pest Control Board regulations.

• Prepare accurate inspection reports, diagrams, photographs, and repair recommendations.

• Educate homeowners, Realtors, escrow professionals, property managers, contractors, and other clients regarding inspection findings and treatment options.

• Prepare termite treatment and repair proposals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, escrow professionals, contractors, HOA managers, and homeowners to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.

• Collaborate with office staff, termite crews, and management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• California Branch 3 Field Representative License in good standing

• Minimum five (5) years of termite inspection experience

• Valid California Driver License with an acceptable driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently while managing a daily inspection schedule

• High ethical standards and professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within the Coachella Valley real estate community

• Experience using PestPac

• Experience preparing termite repair proposals

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
