About the Role:

NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Georgetown, TX! Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications appropriately

Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with billing and payment processing

Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

Handle patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow-up communications

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office receptionist role preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Warm, patient-centered demeanor with a professional appearance

High school diploma or equivalent required
