Room Service Runner We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Room Service Runner to join our team! Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery. Property Westin Tampa Bay is a AAA Four‑Diamond hotel located on the water with magnificent bay views. It is just three miles from Tampa International Airport and close to popular attractions and the Westshore business district. Responsibilities Be thoroughly familiar with menus, ingredients, and methods of preparation for each dish, wine list, and hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets. Understand the room layout, property layout, and hotel amenities. Collect orders from the kitchen, verify correct preparation, and promptly deliver them to guest rooms. Submit signed checks and reconcile daily sales. Assist with collection and breakdown of Room Service trays and other items from guest rooms. Practice proper service etiquette and consistently deliver courteous, professional service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including personal appearance, equipment, and facility. Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Excellent communication skills. Compensation $14 - $14 per hour.
