Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Life Healing Behavioral Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while also meeting individually with each partner to address personal challenges.

• Providing specialized support for a wide array of issues, including but not limited to:

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss issues
\n
• Interpersonal family conflicts and sibling rivalries

• Coping with job stress and medical issues

• Adjusting to separation and divorce

• Enhancing communication techniques among family members

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and struggles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust earnings structure, our compensation package includes:
