This person will independently manage small programs or parts of larger programs ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.Accountabilities: Client ManagementAssume accountability for defined client deliverables, ensuring client needs are met and exceededBuild and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely wayProvide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programsUpdate status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items, ensuring all deadlines are met Project DeliveryAssist in identifying new opportunities, evaluating opportunities, negotiating the best deal for our client, executing the events, and ensuring that a results summary is completeProvide seamless onsite executionEnsure project/program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlesslySchedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are metBudget ManagementAssist in managing project budgetOversee coordination with all internal parties on invoices and vendor paymentsAssist in reconciling costs against budget Creative ManagementEnsure that the highest possible quality is deliveredEnsure that the client need is solved by the project deliverables Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients Success MeasuresFlawless delivery of client commitmentsPositive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliverValued by client and team membersOwns delivery of assigned client deliverablesHow you can support our culture:You enjoy and succeed at working REALLY well with othersYou support and contribute to a positive and productive cultural environmentYou take your work seriously – but not yourselfWhat we require: 4 plus years of event/experiential marketing experience required including some agency experience Must be detail oriented and able to simultaneously manage projectsStrong project management, organizational and communication skillsExperience in planning events and developing/giving presentations required Auto industry experience a plus Willing to travel up to 20-30%Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence#LI-SC1Requisition #: 2122We make our careers website accessible to any and all users.
