Now, we're looking for a full-time Front Desk / Business Office wizard to keep things running smoothly and help our patients feel right at home.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Keeping Us Sane)

Juggling a multi-line phone system like a pro (bonus points if you can smile while saying "please hold")
Scheduling appointments with Tetris-level efficiency
Verifying insurance benefits (because mysteries belong in novels, not billing)
Checking patients in and out quicklywithout making them feel rushed
Collecting payments and processing transactions with spot-on accuracy
Being the friendly face and voice that sets the tone for every patient visit
