Insulation Installer / Construction Technician– Job Summary
$22-$25 per hour | Full-Time | Growth Opportunities | Paid Time Off
Work Location: On the road throughout Bergen County and surrounding areas
This is an opportunity to join a growing local business with significant opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer and Crew Lead . What You'll Do
- Install insulation products, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam
- Perform air sealing to improve home energy efficiency
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
- Safely operate equipment and tools
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, garages, basements, and other areas of residential homes
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work closely with teammates to complete projects on schedule
- Deliver a positive experience for homeowners
- Follow safety procedures at all times

- Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with their hands and using tools
- Physically able to bend, climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments such as attics and crawlspaces

Requirements
