Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Gen AI Developer (Python) to join our onsite team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and Python programming to drive innovation and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and applications using Python.
Work with large datasets to build, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Develop scalable, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Integrate AI models into production systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Generative AI tools, techniques, and frameworks .

Required Skills

Strong Python development expertise.
Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Knowledge of ML/LLM lifecycle - from data preprocessing and training to deployment and monitoring.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering .
Exposure to API design, development, and integration .
