Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse to provide compassionate mental health care to patients. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental health conditions and establish care priorities.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, responses, and any adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, medications, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
