Chief Financial Officer

A well-established, growth-oriented organization with ~$100M in annual revenue is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a highly visible role that will help shape the company's next phase of growth through financial leadership, operational improvement, technology investment, and acquisition strategy. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership. Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and FP&A functions. Oversee financial statement ownership, budgeting processes, cash management, and forecasting. Develop and mentor a finance and accounting team. Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Create KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, margin improvement, and scalability. Lead financial integration of acquisitions and support future M&A initiatives. Evaluate and implement financial systems, reporting tools, and automation opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 10-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Experience supporting growth initiatives, process improvement, and organizational scaling. Exposure to acquisitions, due diligence, and integration activities is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of an organization. CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
