Global Key Sales Account Executive
Join NSF as a Global Key Sales Account Executive and help build strategic partnerships with leading Food Production clients. In this role, you'll grow and retain key accounts, expand adoption across NSF service lines, and serve as a primary point of accountability for an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities
- New Client Growth & Market Expansion : Drive new client acquisition by identifying high-potential opportunities, prospecting senior decision-makers, and representing NSF through strategic networking and industry engagement, partnering internally to deliver consultative, value-led solutions
- Strategic Account Growth & Executive Ownership: Expand revenue and long-term value within assigned accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell strategies, owning executive relationships, coordinating a seamless experience across service lines and geographies, and maintaining actionable account plans aligned to client priorities and NSF capabilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional account teams to deliver seamless, high-quality execution and collaboration across regions
- Facilitate strategic business reviews, track performance and feedback, and adjust plans to ensure outcomes stay on track
- Drive commercial excellence through disciplined pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management to support profitable growth
- Identify, pilot, and scale new service models, tools, and engagement approaches that increase client value and support growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic account management, client success, or enterprise sales
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience in the Food Production TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry or related fields
- Senior-level network in the Food Production space preferred
- Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Salary Range: $110,000 - $245,000
The total pay range reflects a wide range of factors we consider in compensation decisions, including skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location where the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
