This unique role is assigned by the market and works alongside the sales team to provide tactical support for the lending process.What you’ll do:Provide clerical and technical support for the lenders, credit, and operations staff as needed.Interact with clients and external contacts including accountants, attorneys, appraisers, title agencies, etc. and other support areas within CFBank in a professional mannerHandle routine inquiries and client service issues promptly and professionallyProvide assistance to commercial lenders in management of all aspects of their commercial loan portfolios, including existing clients and development of new clients in the C&I, CRE, and Equipment Finance space.Assist with the tracking/collection of client information including insurance coverage and real estate tax payments on the loan as well as tracking of exceptions including borrowing base, covenants, documents, financial statements, policy exceptions, and annual reviewsEnsure the accuracy and completeness of loan set-up/renewal information for input on the loan system(s) and assist with processing loan advances, loan payments, payoffs, account transfers, and any other client requests in a timely mannerAssist with the setup and maintenance of client credit, documentation, and loan files, ensuring accuracy and complianceAssist in the management of Cash Value Life Insurance and Marketable Securities reportingCreate and review various reports for reconciliations, warehousing reports, documentation, and loan data input on various computer systemsWhat We Offer:Career advancement and skill enhancement opportunities as a result of our focus on growth through collaboration as well as our uniquely flat organizational chart, which provides all roles with unique visibility to the Executive team.Excellent Benefits Package: Top benefits include dependent coverage, generous PTO, Federal Holidays, and Paid Parental Leave for those who qualify for eligibility.“Accelerated” 401k Plan and Employee Match of 50% of the first 8% deferred, available your first full month of employment with a 3 year vestingEmployee Banking Products and Services and Direct Deposit of payroll to CFBank Account (over 90% of our employees bank with us!)Employee Assistance Program with a wide range of free resources such as estate planning and wellness resourcesOne of the most collaborative environments you’ll find, with a team of hard-working mutually invested professionals who are excited about shared successCFBank, National Association is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
