Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Delivery Administrator in Columbus, Indiana. The starting wage for this opportunity is $31.02 per hour. Hourly compensation is just one part of our total rewards approach. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform. Assists with the loan closing process. Scheduling the closing dates, preparing loan documents, verifying necessary signatures and disbursement of loan proceeds, and post-closing functions. Schedules appointments, creates correspondence, researches, and prepares reports from previously established formats as well as new reports. Participates in specials projects by assisting in the testing process, implementation and training of new products and services. Administrator and Member support for the Business Banking Online platform. Maintains updated information in loan files including financial reporting requirements, insurance, taxes, mortgages. Reviews approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) and orders title and lien searches, flood certifications, Environmental Database Report (EDR) and appraisals necessary to process and close commercial loans. Provides Member and Team Member service by screening telephone calls, visitors and incoming correspondence and distributes them to the appropriate staff. Documents and opens business deposit accounts for the Commercial Delivery Department and verifies required entity documentation has been collected. Assists Member Operations with questions in regards to business accounts opened in branches. Education & Experience - (Equivalent Combination of Education & Experience Will Be Considered): High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
