Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule:
Day 3x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0.6 FTE (flexible scheduling)

Requirements:
- Valid Washington or Compact RN license
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:5-10
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Skills in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facility

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and therapy services for patients in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Assist in the training and supervision of support staff.

Compliance / Notes:
- Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start.
- Must include responses to specific questions with submission.
- References required prior to start.
- Travelers may be expected to float between facilities.
