Job Title: Corporate Controller Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Industry: Manufacturing Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will oversee day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost management, and financial leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Monitor cash flow, cost accounting, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies. Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions. Manage and mentor the accounting team for optimal performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role and public accounting experience strongly preferred CPA or CPA in process required Manufacturing industry experience with a strong understanding of cost & inventory accounting.
